Heath's passion is the commercialization of new innovations through targeted research as a means to affect change on a global scale. He is actively working to raise awareness of issues related to green/clean technology adoption as it pertains to organizational efficiency, economic development and international competitiveness. In addition he is working with various countries to help target research resources towards more commercially viable innovations while modernizing their technology transfer processes. It is his goal to develop significant policy through vetted innovation process improvement on a national level.

Heath's past professional experience includes positions such as Commercial Reviewer at National Science Foundation and New Business and Technology Implementation Consultant at Mirus Services.

He received his Masters of Science in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
