Mr. Juergensen is a leader in the energy industry both as an executive and Board member. He is a proven executive with over 20 years of experience in the energy market and has a successful track record of results. His is a Member of the Board of Directors for; Commerce Energy Group (AMEX:EGR), CleanTECH San Diego, Los Angeles Power Association, and Sea Spray Research Foundation. Mr. Juergensen co-founded several energy firms including; Sterling Energy, PredictPower and CleanTech Energy.

Mr. Mark Juergensen has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Southern California. He is retired as a Commander from the U.S. Naval Reserve after 22 years of active and reserve service.
