Carolyn Siegal

Carolyn, CEO of Siegal Consulting has extensive international business development and new product marketing experience at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.  Previously, Carolyn was president of Janus Pharmaceuticals Inc. and an executive and advisor to several other early-stage companies including Xencor and Cell-Matrix Inc. that have successfully obtained funding, entered into strategic alliances and achieved key research and business milestones.   

Earlier in her career, at Pfizer Inc., she provided commercial assessment and planning for the R&D division and then managed new product marketing for exceptional products, including Zithromax® now the top selling oral antibiotic worldwide.  After Pfizer, Carolyn joined Alpha Therapeutic Corporation, as marketing director for Fluosol®, an adjunctive product for interventional cardiology and Oncolym™, a radiolabeled therapeutic antibody for lymphoma which led to successive promotions culminating in a position as vice president, product development and management committee member.  Carolyn has a masters of science in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
