Constanza is the Chief Operating Officer at Larta Institute. Constanza manages all financial aspects of the organization, and the development and delivery of Larta's various technology commercialization programs, including: personalized consulting, workshops, showcase events and research papers. As part of the organization's senior management team, Constanza also contributes greatly to Larta's strategy and fundraising activities. Constanza has been part of the Larta Team since the beginning of 2004.

Prior to joining Larta, Constanza worked for the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of International Trade, where she assisted the Mayor's International Trade Advisory Board, developed analytical papers on international trade and coordinated sales missions, trade shows and other trade related events. Constanza got her Masters in Economics from Javeriana University in her native country Colombia. She also earned her bachelors degree in Economics from Javeriana University. Constanza moved to the United States in 2002 to attend the UCLA, where she specialized in international trade and commerce. Before coming to L.A., she worked for The United Nations Development Programme developing and implementing self-sustainable production projects for violence-displaced communities, she also worked as an economic research specialist for a private consulting firm where she prepared analytical research papers for the Inter-American Development Bank and the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America.

Constanza has a fantastic community-focused spirit and brings a wealth of perspective and enthusiasm to the organization.
