These range from federal agencies in the U.S. to national governments and regional authorities across the globe, from public-private partnerships to universities.  We increase the market- and investor-readiness of emerging entrepreneurs supported by these institutions.   

Originally conceived through legislation enacted by the State of California, Larta Institute has expanded its sphere of influence and business throughout the world, serving thousands of technology business in a wide number of sectors through programs developed in conjunction with governments and other large institutional players.

As a trusted partner to both the investment and corporate communities, we serve as a critical interface between innovators who have developed fundamental and applied advances and industrial users who use and deploy those innovations which they see as increasingly important to their growth and success.
