This first session of the Entrepreneurship Series addresses ways
entrepreneurs can assess the potential of their business operation
by addressing their product and value proposition. Essentially,
what problem are you solving? This session will explain the value
of developing a well-rounded business case presentation in order
to make a convincing business case to potential investors, customers,
or partners. There will be an interactive session where attendees
will analyze their basic business obligations, strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats as well as tips on how to conduct market
research.

Sales Plan (West Los Angeles)
A strategy for effective marketing, pricing, sales planning and
managing competition is an essential element of any business plan.

and other marketing and sales planning fundamentals critical to
